From a young age, my passion for teaching was clear, setting me on a relatively straightforward career path. I pursued my degree in Sports Development with Physical Education at Liverpool John Moores University, followed by a PGCE at Brighton University.

After three years teaching PE in Eastbourne, I joined Co-op Academy Walkden in 2014, progressing from Head of PE department to my current role as Associate Assistant Principal for PSHE. Collaborating closely with Mr. Hemmings, I am dedicated to supporting and developing Personal Development.

It is my belief that empowering students with essential life skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of personal responsibility not only enhances their academic success but also equips them for a fulfilling and resilient future.
