ParentPay

We only accept online payments for purchasing food from our canteen areas.

How do I pay?

We operate a cashless canteen with ParentPay.

Once you have received your account activation username and password:

  • Visit www.parentpay.com
  • Enter your Activation username and password in the Account Login section of the homepage, these are provided by the school once your child starts with us. NB. These are for one-time use only, you will choose your own username and password for future access during the activation process
  • Provide all the necessary information and choose your new username and password for your account – registering your email address will enable us to send you receipts and reminders
  • Once activation is complete you can go to straight to Items for payment, select which item(s) you want to add to your basket and proceed to complete your payment

Free Dinners

FSM vouchers are currently being issued during the school holidays in line with government guidelines.  These vouchers will be posted home to you direct before each half term break.

If you need to contact the school regarding the vouchers, please email victoria.haye@coopacademies.co.uk

If you think you might be entitled to a Free School Meal then please complete the form within the following link:

salford.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/free-school-meals/

To receive a free school meal you will need to meet certain income based criteria, which are established from your application.

Our cashless catering system means that free school meal allocations are automatically credited to your child’s accounts once we have notification that they are eligible. The allocation appears in the same way as it would if the account were topped-up using Parent Pay. Accounts can also be topped-up with Parent Pay if necessary for extra breakfast or breaktime choices.

The school also currently provides all students who are eligible for free school meals with an 80p breakfast allowance.  This allows them to come into school from 8am and purchase an item of food for their breakfast before the school day begins at no extra cost to families/students.  This is revised annually and subject to change in the future.
